- CSHL Fellows Program – this is a program for highly motivated young scientists who have recently received M.D. and/or Ph.D. degrees to pursue a period of independent research before taking a faculty position.
- Simons Center for Quantitative Biology (SCQB) Fellows Program – the SCQB Fellows Program is designed for exceptional scientists who have recently received their Ph.D. or M.D. degree, who are working in the general area of Quantitative Biology (including computational, mathematical, and theoretical biology, as well as biophysics), and who are sufficiently talented, experienced, and mature to forgo standard postdoctoral training and move directly into a semi-independent research position.
- CSHL Clinical Fellows Program – the CSHL Clinical Fellows Program provides an opportunity for clinicians who have finished their clinical training and certifications to do a 2-3 year research fellowship at CSHL.
